π Exchange Policy
β’ Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. β’ Any variant (size, color, or style) can be exchanged. β’ Only one exchange is allowed per order. β’ First exchange is FREE. β’ For any additional exchange, βΉ200 courier charges will be borne by the customer. β’ Product must be unused, unworn, in original condition with box and tags intact.
π Return Policy
β’ Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. β’ Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original box and tags intact. β’ Return pickup is not provided. β’ Customers are required to ship the product back as per instructions shared by our support team.
πΈ Refund Policy
β’ Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. β’ Refunds are completed within 3β5 working days after receiving the goods. β’ Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. β’ For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must share UPI ID or bank account details. β’ COD charges are refundable. β’ No shipping or restocking fees are deducted.

β’ Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery. β’ Customers must provide an unboxing video and clear photos. β’ Resolution will be provided in the form of a replacement or refund after verification.
β Cancellation Policy
β’ Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. β’ If the order is already shipped, a βΉ100 cancellation fee will be charged.
