📦 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India (Pan-India). International shipping is not available at this time. There are no excluded locations within India.
⏳ Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for faster processing. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. We do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays.
🚚 Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 4–6 business days. Rural / Non-Metro Areas: 7–9 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.
💰 Shipping Charges
Shipping is free. Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout. All prices include GST wherever applicable.
💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. No additional COD charges are applied.
📍 Courier Partners & Tracking
We work with multiple courier partners for reliable delivery. Blue Dart is our first priority courier partner, subject to availability. Tracking details are shared on the same day of dispatch via SMS or Email.
⏱ Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Liquitus holds limited responsibility for delays beyond its control.
📦 Damaged or Lost Shipments
Customers must share an unboxing video and clear images. Issues must be reported within 48–72 hours of delivery. Eligible cases will be resolved via replacement or refund.
🏠 Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Re-shipping charges due to incorrect or incomplete address will be borne by the customer.
