Placing an order is simple. Browse our collection, select your size and variant, add the product to cart, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, youโll receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on most locations across India. Availability may vary based on your delivery pin code.
Orders can only be modified or cancelled if they have not yet been processed. Please contact our support team within 12 hours of placing the order for assistance.
๐ Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually delivered within 3โ7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Orders placed before 12 PM are processed within 48 hours (except Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM are processed the next working day.
We process orders on Monday to Saturday. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your delivery status anytime.
๐ Exchanges
Yes, we offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery for size or variant issues.
The first exchange is free. Any additional exchange after that will incur a โน200 courier charge, which must be borne by the customer.
The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original box with tags intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and returned in the original packaging with tags intact.
No. Products that have already been exchanged are not eligible for return.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide valid bank account details to receive the refund.
Once the returned product passes quality inspection, refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days.
