These Terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors accessing our website or purchasing our products.
3. Products & Services
Liquitus offers women’s footwear through its online platform. All products displayed on the website are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the sale of any product without prior notice.
4. User Accounts & Access
Users may create an account or place orders as a guest.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Liquitus shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access due to user negligence.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD).
6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order in special circumstances, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled after shipment, a cancellation fee of ₹100 may apply. We accept payments via UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD).
7. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India. Estimated delivery timelines range between 3 to 7 business days.
Delivery delays may occur due to courier partner issues, natural events, or operational constraints. Liquitus shall not be held liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and returned with the original box and tags intact.
The first exchange is free. Subsequent exchanges may involve courier charges borne by the customer.
Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after inspection of the returned product.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products
In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery along with an unboxing video and clear photos. Based on verification, a replacement or refund will be provided.

All website content, including images, product descriptions, logos, and design elements, are the exclusive property of Liquitus.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.
11. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, or engage in unlawful or abusive activities. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Liquitus shall not be liable for incorrect size selection, color variations due to screen differences, or minor manufacturing variations.
Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
